The idea of home property management, estate management, or hiring a property manager for a house you own and live in, has been around for quite a while. Leaving the administration of home maintenance & repairs to a 3rd party is highly desirable for both homeowners who value their time highly, and homeowners who are new to an area and do not yet have a rolodex of trusted contractors and vendors they can call on.
